APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) is eligible for businessman / businesswomen. With ABTC card, the holder is able to use a fast track lane at Brunei International Airport. The usage of the lane depends on the list of countries endorse at the back of the card. This card is valid for 5 years.

Brunei Citizen who categorized as businessman is eligible for applying ABTC.

- Application Form (complete)
- Passport (original and copy)
- Smart Identity Card (original and copy)
- Approval Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Ministry of Primary Resource and Tourism / Brunei Chamber of Commerce / Brunei Association of Young Entrepreneurs
- 2 passport-sized photo
